Rudy A Acosta

Rudy A.  Acosta was born on March 6, 1953, to Socorro Acuna and Rudolfo Acosta and went home to the Lord on March 1, 2024.

Rudy graduated from Benson High School in 1973 and worked as a Civil Service Firefighter at Fort Huachuca in Arizona until 1984 when he moved to Phoenix, AZ and worked for Maricopa County until a stroke and a car accident left him wheelchair bound.

He is survived by his son Gabriel of St. David, AZ, his grandson Angelo of Washington and his grandson Anthony (Veronica) of Benson, AZ, his great-granddaughter Gabriella of Benson, AZ, his sisters Sally, Mary, Tomi, Julie, Francis, Hopie, Josie, Vicky, his brother Ray, Aunt Carolina Mendivil of Benson, AZ and numerous nieces, nephew and cousins. 

He is preceded in death by his mother Socorro Rodriguez, daughter Lindsay, his brother Carlos and sisters Connie, Tony, Pat and Nellie.
