Robert (Bob) Edward Clark was born August 24, 1958, in Tombstone, Arizona. He died April 19, 2025, in Tucson, Arizona from complications of COPD. Bob had lived in Tucson, AZ, Dragoon, AZ and Garland, TX. He graduated from Garland High School in 1977. He was a veteran of the US Navy, Catapult, OPS USS Ranger CV-61. He worked numerous jobs after his discharge and liked keeping busy.
His body has been cremated, and a service will be held Monday May 12, 2025, at 10:00 am at Valley Gospel Church in Benson, AZ and a military interment with honors will be held the same day at 1:00pm at the Southern Arizona Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Sierra Vista, AZ.
Bob was a kind, unique and fun individual. He was a dedicated Dallas Cowboys, Miami Dolphins and Texas Rangers fan, and supported the teams by buying their merchandise as it hit the shelves. His interests included bowling, golfing, horseshoes, and playing video games. His partner in these games was usually his cousin and friend, Joel Garmin. He had recently started walking at least one mile a day per doctor's orders and enjoyed watching the planes coming and going from the Tucson Airport. Bob was generous. He gave his brother a van when he needed transportation.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Edward William Clark and Elma Iva (Bender) Clark and his oldest sister, Bonnie Stoelk. He is survived by his brother, Michael; sister Sandra; a nephew and nieces, and lots of cousins who will very much miss him.
