Rebecca Eleanor (Romero) Deanes

Rebecca “Becky” Deanes passed away peacefully on January 21, 2021 in Mesa, Arizona following an extended illness.  Rebecca was born and raised in Benson, Arizona and was the second of six children of Angel and Erminia Romero.

Rebecca was very much loved by everyone who knew her.  She was a loving mother, sister and aunt.  She was known for always taking care of others and was always taking food and her delicious baked goods to family, friends and church.

Rebecca is preceded in death by her mother, father and sister, Florence “Kelly” Barnes.

Rebecca is survived by her loving son, William, his wife Erica and Rebecca’s four siblings, Amelia, Raymond, Rick and Selene and 12 nieces and nephews.

Graveside service is being held at Cochise Gardens of Rest in Benson, AZ where Rebecca will be laid to rest next to her mother and father on Saturday 27 February 2021.  Service is limited to immediate family only due to COVID-19.  If you would like to send flowers, please contact Benson Blossom Shop.  They will deliver to the service.
