Pamela (Crouch) Anderson

With fondness, we remember the life of Pamela Crouch Anderson, who passed away in the early hours of Feb 22, 2023. Waiting to greet her were her parents, Robert and June, her brother, Scot, and her sister, Margie. Among those who fondly remember her here are her husband and eternal companion, Mark, her six children, Daniel, Nathan, Laura, Kamellia, Hannah, and Jane, her eleven grandchildren, and four siblings, Judy, Kathleen, Corey, and Wayne.

She spent most of her life serving in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She loved the Savior and His teachings, and shared that love with many others. As a young adult, she served a mission in Perth, Australia, with many fond memories there. She spent many years serving in the church primary and taught many primary children about the Savior, Jesus Christ. Later in her life, she took great joy in serving as an ordinance worker in the Gila Valley Arizona Temple. She particularly enjoyed her assignments in the baptistry, working with the many remarkable young men and women there. 

She was creative and curious, with a love of color and textiles. She spun, wove, knit, sewed, crafted, stamped, colored and painted, and nearly always in bright colors. She wrote several short stories, which her family now especially treasures. She also loved music, encouraging each of her children to learn to play the piano. At family gatherings, she often suggested singing together.

She was a light to those around her, a confidant and listening ear to the troubled, a teacher and an example. Her children describe her as: Desultory (meaning to jump from subject to subject; she loved describing herself this way), Faithful, Creative, Insightful, and Wise.

The memorial service will be held at the Saint David Stake Center of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at 381 N Pomerene Rd, Benson Arizona, at 10:30 AM, with the viewing held just before, at 10:00 AM.
