Linda Rae Good-Spann, 80, passed away on June 21, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.
She was born on May 19, 1946, to Raymond and Lucile Good.
Linda graduated from Paris High School and married her high school sweetheart, Richard Lee Stark. Together, they had three children: Rick, Trudy, and Bobby. In 1975, Linda and her family moved to Tucson, Arizona. Linda and Richard owned an RV business and later built a company that rebuilt RV refrigeration systems. After Richard passed away in 1997, Linda ran the business briefly before selling it to her son Rick.
Linda began square dancing, where she met James Edward Spann. Jim and Linda were married on February 14, 2000. Through their marriage, Linda gained two bonus daughters, Laurette and Melanie.
Soon after, Linda and Jim moved to McNeal, Arizona, where they shared 40 acres with their German Shepherds. They lived off-grid there for seven years before moving to Pomerene, Arizona.
Linda is survived by her husband, Jim; her children, Rick, Trudy, Bobby, Laurette, and Melanie; 14 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Lucile; her baby brother, Walter; and her grandson, Jacob.
Her funeral will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at the St. David Stake Center. Her final resting place will be Pomerene, Arizona.
