Judy Coleen Sherman Judd Fadala passed away on Saturday, May 30, 2026, in Benson Arizona.
Judy was born August 9, 1943, in Bisbee Arizona to Bruce and Geneva Sherman.
From an early age Judy had a passion for gardening and the outdoors, and was a talented horseback rider, often putting on exhibitions of trick riding. She had the distinction of being one of the few people to catch a fish from Luna Lake and was a lifelong, faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
Judy graduated early from Benson High School and earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona. Judy retired from a career at the United States Post Office where she was known by the community as a kind, friendly, and thoughtful postmaster. Her greatest accomplishment according to those that knew her best was her incredible patience and unconditional love
Judy was generous and compassionate, loved by those who knew her and touched the lives of countless individuals in her church service.
Services will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints building at 381 N Pomerene Rd. Visitation starts at 8am with the funeral service at 9am. A graveside service at the Pomerene cemetery will follow.
