Jan Ross Daggett

Jan Ross Daggett was born July 14, 1945, in Waterloo Iowa, at the Allen Memorial Hospital. Jan passed away peacefully at his home, in Benson, Arizona, on December 3, 2020.

Jan Daggett was a resident of Benson, Arizona, since 1955. Jan Daggett was a Benson Union High School graduate (class 1963); U.S. Marine Corp 1966-1969; University of Arizona graduate (class 1972); as well as the proprietor of the Riverside Inn since 1974. Jan was preceded in death by his Father, Leland Daggett; Mother, Nadine (Jans) Daggett; and Sister, Connie Daggett.

Jan Daggett is survived by:

• his wife Kay Daggett, his brother Dr. Jody Daggett, (Dr. Vikki Stevens); his four children, Lori Rudd (Tom); April Murphy, (Jay); Dawni “Sissy” Decker, (Dan Zielinski); and his son   Daniel Leland Daggett.
• his eleven grandchildren, Jeffery Hirschfeld, Niccole Hirschfeld, Kyle Decker, T.J. Rudd, Sydney Murphy, Sienna Murphy, Sarah Murphy, Hannah Rudd, Holli Rudd, Jackson Daggett, and Bianca Daggett.
• his three great-grand children, Paisley Brown, Piper Rudd, and Granger Rudd.
• several cousins, nieces, and nephews.

A military graveside service will be held at the High Street Cemetery, in Benson, Arizona at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Benson Fire Department Paramedics.
