Sgt. James Riley Monroe (of St. David, Arizona) was born on August 4, 1943 in Gillett, Arkansas and passed away at home on February 27, 2021.  His late parents are Herbert Monroe and Mary Sisem.  His family moved from Arkansas when he was 10 and relocated in Bisbee, Arizona.  James was in the army from 1961 to 1974 and served his Country during the Viet Nam War.  He was wounded on October 31, 1966.  After leaving the army, James became a truck...
