Ernesto Rudolfo Lopez 75, passed away on January 29, 2024, in Benson, AZ.  

Ernesto was born in Tucson, AZ to Maria and Lionel Lopez on May 4, 1948. He is survived by his wife Gloria Lopez, his sisters Joann and Diane Lopez, and his best friends Dave and Junior (Carol). His three daughters Denise (Daryl), Crystal (Johnnie), and Deanna (Danny).  Followed by his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins, Nieces and Nephews.

Ernesto is preceded in death by his parents Maria and Lionel, Son Alexis, Monica, Nephew Alvaro, Brothers Lionel V Lopez, and Ronnie Lopez, Sister Terry Evans, Cousins Paul, Gloria, Vicente, Tony, and many more…

Ernesto Rudolfo Lopez was a Veteran of the Vietnam War, he proudly served in the Army on November 19, 1965 - August 20, 1968.  He had a heart of gold, he was funny, kind, loved, and always spread his happiness with others. He knew how to light up the room wherever he went. He was a car enthusiast, plumber, racehorse connoisseur, and professional gambler.  He is loved by so many more friends and family. 

We think about you always, we talk about you still, you have never been forgotten, and you never will. We hold you close within our hearts and there you will remain, to walk and guide us through our lives, until we meet again.
