Dale R. Bergeson, age 75, of Benson, Arizona, passed away on March 25, 2022 after a brief but aggressive illness.
He was the son of George and Irene Bergeson, who predeceased him. He leaves behind his wife, Carolyn Kennedy.
Dale also leaves two brothers, George “Judd” Bergeson, Sr. (Wendy), Wayne Bergeson and one sister, Christina Carpenter (fiancé Jay). He is also survived by his three nephews: Judd, Tony and Wesley, and three nieces, Stacy, Hannah and Brittany.
Once a resident of Voluntown and Griswold, CT, he was an avid fisherman and Harley Davidson enthusiast. He was a master carpenter, and always said “I can build anything. Just tell me what you want.” He possessed a strong New England work ethic and was a perfectionist in his work.
Dale and his wife Carolyn lived in many different places across the US, including California, Connecticut and finally Arizona. He always looked for adventure, whether it be in the ocean, forest or desert.
Dale will be remembered as a person who was always willing to help a stranger, friend or loved one.
He will be sorely missed.
Dale requested cremation, and no services. He would appreciate a toast to his life with a Corona or beverage of your choosing.
