Dr. Charlotte Irene (Winckel) Wing passed away on April 25, 2026, of respiratory arrest due to Congestive Heart Failure. 

She was born on October 1, 1950, in New York city, New York to Charles Samuel and Mary Alice (Richardson) Winckel.

She married David Wing in the Mesa, Arizona temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and they had 36 beautiful years together. Together they had 10 children, she has 2 loving siblings, 18 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.

She was self-employed as an educational consultant for most of her working life. She well used her PHD in educational psychology in assisting students and families.

She is dearly loved by all and will be greatly missed, until we meet again.
