Carmen Palma Silva, age 100, of Benson, Arizona, went to be with Lord on November 12, 2025, was born on September 6, 1925. Her favorite colors were pink and purple. She loved dressing up, accessorizing, and loved her flowers in her gardens. She loved making everyone laugh with her sense a humor and listening to the radio.
In addition to her parents Antonio and Rosa Palma she proceeds her passing of her husband Arnold G Silva, son Edward Schimara, daughter Alice Carmen Wilks, brothers Severo and Antonio Palma, and sisters Mercedes Mendoza, Josephine Barrios, Selsa Gomez, and Charlotte Salas. Carmen was the last of her siblings.
Carmen is survived by her son Victor Silva (Hobbs NM), Mary Jane Barber (Hobbs, NM) Violet (Tom) Quinn (Girard, PA) Diana Silva, (Enid, OK) Rebecca Silva (Tucson, Az) numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, and a large list of extended family. She will be dearly missed by many.
Family and friends may attend a service at 11:00 am November 22, 2025, at Richardson’s Remembrance Center 725 E 4th Street Benson, Az Burial will follow at Cochise Garden of Rest Cemetery.
