Honoring Mom: A Legacy of Love and Hope for Parkinson's Research

In the quiet moments when we reflect on life and its preciousness, we often find strength in the legacies left behind by those we love. 

My heart is heavy yet uplifted as I share the news about my mom.

 She has always been a beacon of compassion, courage, and unwavering love, and now, even in her absence, she continues to be a guiding light in the fight against Parkinson's disease.

My mom's body is being donated for Parkinson's research, an act that is emblematic of her lifelong commitment to helping others.

It is a profound gesture that will contribute to groundbreaking studies, potentially offering new hope and treatments for those affected by this relentless disease.

Her spirit of generosity and her relentless quest to make the world a better place lives on through this noble donation.

Due to the nature of her contribution to science, my mom's body will not be returned to us for a few weeks.

 In the meantime, we have planned an interment service at the cemetery on the 26th of October.

It will be a day to celebrate her life, to mourn her passing, and to embrace the love and memories she has sown in our hearts.

Details regarding the interment will be shared as we finalize the arrangements. 

We are grateful for your patience and support during this time.

Your thoughts, prayers, and condolences have been a source of immense comfort to our family.

 Knowing that so many of you stand with us provides strength and solace as we navigate this profound loss.

Mom’s wish to contribute to Parkinson’s research is a reminder that even in grief, we can find hope and purpose.
