Betty Robertson Obituary

Betty "Elizabeth" Robertson passed away on October 19, 2022, at the age of 93, in Benson, Arizona.

She was born on September 2, 1929, to Michael and Anna (Gallatz) Dyba in Johnstown, Pennsylvania.

Betty loved music and to sing, also to cook and to travel in her younger years. She especially loved NFL Football.

After High School Betty worked at Memorial Hospital in Johnstown, PA, and then at Western Reserve University, also at Huron Road Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio as a ward secretary. She went on to work at such places as Centennial Racetrack in Littleton, CO. In Phoenix, AZ she worked for Turf Paradise and retired from Phoenix Greyhound Racetrack.

She was a lifetime member of the V. F. W. Post 9977 in Pearce, AZ.

Proceeding her in death was her husband Victor, who passed away in 2014. Also, her two children, Michele (Rupnik) Weaver and Deidre Rae Rupnik. Survivors are Dustin Weaver and Derek Weaver both of Phoenix, AZ, and Jeremy Weaver (Catherine) and two great-grandchildren.
