**Adam Michael Medel**
**September 11, 1973 - December 23, 2025**

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Adam Michael Medel, who departed this life unexpectedly in Benson, Arizona. Adam was born and raised in Yuma, Arizona, where he made many cherished memories. At the time of his passing, he was employed at Safeway in Benson.

Adam was preceded in death by his father, Rene Medel. He is survived by his mother, Betty Medel; his sister, Lisa Medel; and his son, Israel Medel. Additionally, he was the proud grandfather of four granddaughters and the beloved uncle to two nephews.

Adam possessed a larger-than-life personality and had a profound love for music, often sharing his passion through song. He was an exceptional cook and had a wonderful sense of humor that brought joy to those around him. A devoted fan of the Los Angeles Dodgers and the Dallas Cowboys, Adam's enthusiasm for sports was infectious.

In honor of Adam's life, a celebration will be held in Yuma, Arizona, in late January. 

He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
