Neil C. Ballard

Neil C. Ballard was born on July 14, 1936 in Pine Bluff AZ.  He passed away in Benson, AZ on January 15, 2018.

Neil is survived by his children; Wanda (Gerald) Weissinger, Cheryl Gilbert, Gary (Kristin) Ballard, grandchildren; Garrett, Kelsie, Jennifer and Tiffany, as well as numerous great-grandchildren.

Neil was preceded in death by his wife JoAnn on December 10, 2017.

A private service will be held at the Southern Arizona Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Sierra Vista on Monday, January 22, 2018.

Rest in peace Mom & Dad.  We love you and will miss you profoundly!
