Arthur David Giffin Jr., better known as Mr. Easy, passed away in his home on Aug. 8, 2019. He was born Nov. 1, 1944 in Washington, DC.

He is survived by his three children, Angela Bassett, Shelia Tate, and Arthur David Giffin III (Trey); eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; brothers, Thomas Giffin (Randy), Kevin Giffin; sisters Sandra McDonald and Joanne.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Arthur David Giffin Sr. and Latricia Short, and granddaughter Brandy Brewster.

Mr. Easy was a true biker who lived to ride his motorcycle. He loved his Jack Daniels and shooting pool. He was always busy and did not like to be idle. He was also an amazing cook that was known for his beef stew.

Easy was a hard worker and was always on time. He was known for his great flooring skills as well as carpentry and mechanics. It was amazing what he could do with duct tape.

Mr. Easy will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

It was Mr. Easy’s wish to not have a service but to instead ride your motorcycle in his honor which is what he lived his life to do.
