Theodore Fay Jarred

Theodore Faye Jarred better known as Ted to his friends and family, passed away peacefully at his home with his furry longtime companion Scotty by his side, on February 6, 2024. Ted was a resident of Benson, AZ for most of his life and was daily seen with Scotty in the park or around town doing “his business". Ted was born April 7, 1939, and had one brother Jessie Lee Jarred.  He will join his brother and parents in death. Ted is survived by his 7 children and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Ted's final resting arrangements, at his request, are that he will be cremated and laid to rest at Cochise Gardens of Rest Cemetery in Benson, AZ. Services will be attended by his daughter C.  Boyles, her husband J.  Boyles, grandson C. Etheridge and great grandsons M. Etheridge and N. Burr-Etheridge. Graveside Services for family and friends will be held on Friday, February 9, 2024, at 4:00pm. A private service for family only will be held on Monday February 12, 2024.
